DIGITRON complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and practices the principles of minimal collection and transparent processing to protect data subjects' personal information.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
DIGITRON Co., Ltd. (the 'Company') processes personal information only for the purposes below and does not use it for any other purpose. If the purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
- Receiving product/technical inquiries, consulting, and responding
- Verifying customer requests and managing processing records
- Website usage analysis and service improvement
2. Items Collected and Method of Collection
The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary and does not collect sensitive information such as beliefs. Personal information is collected by the following methods.
- Voluntary entry by the user through the website inquiry form
- Collection during inquiries made by email, phone, etc.
- Automatic collection of generated information via cookies and analytics tools during website use
3. Retention and Use Period
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period stipulated by law or consented to by the data subject. Once the purpose is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay; where a preservation obligation is set by law, it is stored securely for that period and then destroyed.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides it to third parties only where Articles 17 and 18 of PIPA apply, such as with the data subject's consent or special legal provisions. Otherwise, it does not provide information to third parties without the data subject's prior consent.
5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
Where necessary for smooth service provision, the Company may outsource processing tasks. In such cases, it stipulates safe-management provisions in the outsourcing contract and supervises the trustee in accordance with Article 26 of PIPA. Any change in the trustee or scope will be disclosed through this policy.
The Company currently uses Google Analytics for website usage analysis, which collects non-identifying usage information via cookies.
6. Rights of the Data Subject and How to Exercise Them
Data subjects may at any time request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information. Requests may be made to the Privacy Officer in writing, by email, or by phone, and the Company will act on them without delay.

7. Procedure and Method of Destruction
When personal information becomes unnecessary — for example, upon expiry of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose — the Company destroys it without delay. Electronic files are securely deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Measures to Ensure Security
The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
- Administrative: establishing an internal management plan, minimizing and training staff who handle personal data
- Technical: access-rights management, access-control systems, encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
- Physical: access control to storage areas
9. Cookies: Installation, Operation, and Refusal
The Company uses cookies to provide tailored services and usage statistics. Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser during website use; users may refuse cookie storage through their browser settings. However, refusing cookies may limit the use of some services.

12. Changes to This Policy
This policy applies from its effective date. Any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in law or policy will be announced through the website before they take effect.
