Code of Ethics (Employees)

Employees pledge to practice the following.

    I will do my utmost to comply with all company rules, guidelines, and relevant laws in performing my duties.

    I will observe the DIGITRON Code of Ethics and engage in no unfair dealing or corrupt conduct.

  3. 3

    I will not disclose company internal information — such as business and management information obtained through my work — to any third party without prior approval.

    I will lead in fostering a fair-trade culture and contribute to business development through transparent and fair operations.

  5. 5

    If I become aware of any unfair dealing or corrupt act by an employee, or receive a proposal for corrupt conduct from a business partner, I will immediately report it to the HR department.

  6. 6

    If a regular or ad-hoc investigation into ethics violations is conducted, I will fully cooperate, including submitting the materials the company requests.

  7. 7

    I will actively participate so that a culture of legal compliance takes root early.
