- Adopt fair dealing as a principle in partner relationships.
- Neither demand nor provide improper benefits.
3. Employee Conduct Standards
- Maintain fairness, integrity, and accountability in performing duties.
- Protect company assets and information and do not misuse them for personal gain.
- Prohibit workplace discrimination, harassment, and unethical conduct.
4. Social Responsibility
- Practice environmental protection and sustainable management.
- Contribute to community development and respect the socially vulnerable.
- Comply with international norms as a global corporate citizen.
5. Compliance and Practice
- All employees and partners understand and practice the Code of Ethics.
- Report any violation immediately and follow transparent investigation and action.
- Conduct regular ethics training to raise awareness.
